Location: 100% remote (US) requiring 25-50% travel. Offices in Austin, TX and Vancouver, WA.
Salary: On-target earnings $166,250–$192,500 (base $95,000–$110,000 + 75% incentive).

What you will do
- Develop strategy for Healthy Buildings Advisory practice and drive new business to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Identify customer needs, craft customized solutions, and communicate value propositions for EHS, sustainability, and software products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, serve as primary client contact, and support hand-off to implementation teams.
- Provide input on market trends, pain points, and growth opportunities while collaborating with engineers and client success specialists.
- Make industry connections to become a trusted advisor and react to market disruptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or graduate degree
- 8+ years of sales experience
- Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety, Sustainability, Manufacturing, Commercial Real Estate, Construction, or related fields
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and business acumen
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
