What you will do

• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise endpoint tools including SCCM/MECM, Intune, CMG, and co-management.
• Manage the full lifecycle of modern device management, including software deployment, patching, and operating system deployment.
• Configure and maintain Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, and conditional access.
• Develop reporting and data analysis using Power BI and SQL to track environment performance.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams to prioritize deployments and resolve enterprise service issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Alexandria, VA, USA.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience or Master's Degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience administering SCCM/MECM 2409 or higher in an enterprise environment (minimum 2 years at this version).
• Proficiency with Intune, co-management, CMG, Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and conditional access.
• Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, or SCCM certification.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) or System Center Orchestrator.
• Experience with OKTA, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with Rally, ServiceNow, and MSI/MSIX packaging.
• Additional certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+, MCSE, MCSA, or Windows 10/11 certifications.
