Senior Systems Engineer - EUC (macOS/Windows): Designing, implementing, securing, and supporting enterprise endpoint management solutions with an accent on macOS management through Jamf Pro and Windows via Intune and ConnectWise. Location: Remote anywhere in the continental US or onsite in corporate office in Draper, Utah.

What you will do

• Administer and enhance macOS endpoint management using Jamf Pro for policies, profiles, scripting, patching, inventory, reporting, and app deployment.
• Design zero-touch and remote macOS deployment workflows including automated provisioning, enrollment, and configuration.
• Package, deploy, update, and manage macOS apps and OS lifecycle with minimal user disruption.
• Support Windows endpoints via Intune, Entra ID, and ConnectWise Automate for compliance, apps, remediation, and reporting.
• Partner with Security on endpoint baselines, compliance, vulnerability remediation, and audits.
• Build automation with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or AppleScript and troubleshoot complex issues following change processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing macOS endpoints in enterprise with Jamf Pro including profiles, policies, deployment, patching, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Apple ecosystem admin: Apple Business Manager, automated enrollment, lifecycle management, volume purchasing, certificates.
• Windows endpoint support with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and related solutions.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, Python, AppleScript or similar.
• Knowledge of IAM, endpoint security (Okta, Entra ID, SSO, conditional access, EDR, DLP, encryption).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation; manage priorities, including after-hours support.
