Location: Must be based in the United States; Remote with travel onsite where necessary

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000

What you will do

• Implement and configure networking technologies to meet client business needs.
• Provide L2 technical support and resolve escalations for Mac OS and Windows environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both remotely and onsite.
• Maintain operational documentation and update client network records after changes.
• Execute project engineering tasks and maintain a minimum of 32 billable hours per week.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Service Coordination for work assignments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in an MSP, service desk, or corporate IT role supporting SMB clients.
• 5+ years of project engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Apple hardware, Mac OS, Windows, Office 365, Intune, and JAMF.
• Experience with cloud storage, remote connectivity, and advanced networking technologies.
• Ability to be on-call and work after-hours.

Nice to have

• Technical Certifications: Microsoft (MCSE/MCSA), Cisco (CCNA), VMWare, JAMF, SonicWALL, Fortinet, or CompTIA.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise Automate or similar RMM solutions.
• Strong understanding of the OSI model.
