What you will do

• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for the Help Desk on identity, SaaS, and MDM issues.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the Okta identity stack, including SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning, and authentication policies.
• Design, configure, and maintain the company's SaaS estate (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, AWS, GitHub, Atlassian, etc.).
• Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools and build AI-assisted workflows to optimize troubleshooting and audit investigations.
• Contribute low-code automations and scripts using PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Define and refine IT processes for identity lifecycle and access governance to ensure scalability as the company grows.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a senior IT systems or SaaS platform engineer in a fast-moving, distributed environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with Okta administration (SSO, SCIM, group rules, authentication policies).
• Experience administering and integrating Google Workspace, AWS, Slack, Zoom, and MDM platforms (Iru/Kandji, Intune).
• Comfortable working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks such as Terraform.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), Zero Trust principles, and CIS hardening standards.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Okta Certified Administrator or higher certification.
