Salary: $91,000 – $169,000

What you will do
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point for the Help Desk on identity, SaaS, and MDM issues.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the Okta identity stack, including SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning, and authentication policies.
- Design, configure, and maintain the company's SaaS estate (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, AWS, GitHub, Atlassian, etc.).
- Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools and build AI-assisted workflows to optimize troubleshooting and audit investigations.
- Contribute low-code automations and scripts using PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
- Define and refine IT processes for identity lifecycle and access governance to ensure scalability as the company grows.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a senior IT systems or SaaS platform engineer in a fast-moving, distributed environment.
- Deep hands-on experience with Okta administration (SSO, SCIM, group rules, authentication policies).
- Experience administering and integrating Google Workspace, AWS, Slack, Zoom, and MDM platforms (Iru/Kandji, Intune).
- Comfortable working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks such as Terraform.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), Zero Trust principles, and CIS hardening standards.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Okta Certified Administrator or higher certification.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment patterns and AI governance policies.
