Salary: $42,000–$78,000 base + benefits, bonuses, equity

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities via outbound prospecting calls and engage leads in assigned territory.
  • Schedule qualified online product demonstrations for Account Executives to maintain pipeline.
  • Communicate value of software solutions, build rapport, overcome objections, and qualify needs.
  • Leverage Salesforce, Outreach, RingCentral for activity tracking, pipeline management, and outreach.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and peers on training, messaging, tactics, and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work hybrid from San Diego, CA office (3 days/week)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage and influence prospects.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and manage early-stage sales conversations.
  • Strong time management in high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce or CRM preferred.
  • Prior sales or SaaS experience preferred.
