What you will do
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities via high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Master the cloud platform to effectively communicate value to government decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop territory strategies and qualify leads for demos.
- Manage the sales pipeline and daily activity using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Represent the company at trade shows and government events to build professional relationships.
- Partner with marketing to optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion from inbound campaigns.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (internships, retail, or service industry included).
- Strong communication skills and confidence in outbound prospecting with strangers.
- Genuine interest in technology, AI, and the public sector.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boston, MA.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Background in B2B, SaaS, finance, budgeting, or government.
