TL;DR

What you will do

  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities via high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Master the hirify.global cloud platform to effectively communicate value to government decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop territory strategies and qualify leads for demos.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and daily activity using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and government events to build professional relationships.
  • Partner with marketing to optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion from inbound campaigns.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (internships, retail, or service industry included).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in outbound prospecting with strangers.
  • Genuine interest in technology, AI, and the public sector.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boston, MA.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, finance, budgeting, or government.
