Location: On-site in Phoenix, AZ (5-day presence required)

What you will do
- Respond rapidly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web forms as the first point of contact.
- Conduct introductory discovery calls to identify clinic needs and software gaps.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule high-quality demos and provide research for closing deals.
- Manage the lead pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach.
- Act as a brand advocate for the EMR platform across adult and pediatric therapy domains.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life/work experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or lead generation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ.

- Previous exposure to Salesforce or Outreach.
- Genuine curiosity about the healthcare or therapy (PT/OT/SLP) industries.
