TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell growth for cloud communication solutions with an accent on high-volume outbound outreach and pipeline generation. Focus on qualifying business priorities for UCaaS and CCaaS and booking high-quality discovery meetings for sales advisors.

Location: Onsite in Denver, CO (5 days/week)

Salary: $42,000 - $70,000 / year

What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to existing customers.
  • Qualify business priorities and needs for UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.
  • Book discovery meetings for Client Sales Advisors to enable account growth.
  • Manage activity and outreach sequences using Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with sales pods to strategize on account targeting and follow-ups.
  • Provide prospect feedback to Sales and Marketing teams to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM for pipeline tracking.
  • Must be able to work in-office 5 days/week in Denver, CO.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • High energy, curiosity, and a bias for action.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cloud or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with contact centers, cloud storage, or UCaaS applications.
  • Bachelor's degree.
