Focus on qualifying business priorities for UCaaS and CCaaS and booking high-quality discovery meetings for sales advisors.
Location: Onsite in Denver, CO (5 days/week)
Salary: $42,000 - $70,000 / year

What you will do
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to existing customers.
- Qualify business priorities and needs for UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.
- Book discovery meetings for Client Sales Advisors to enable account growth.
- Manage activity and outreach sequences using Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
- Collaborate with sales pods to strategize on account targeting and follow-ups.
- Provide prospect feedback to Sales and Marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM for pipeline tracking.
- Must be able to work in-office 5 days/week in Denver, CO.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High energy, curiosity, and a bias for action.
Nice to have
- Experience in cloud or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with contact centers, cloud storage, or UCaaS applications.
- Bachelor's degree.
