What you will do

• Design and implement standardized cash operations processes, conduct assessments, build toolkits including SOPs and training materials, and drive adoption across member firms.
• Track impact on cash conversion cycles, DSO, and forecasting metrics.
• Perform gap analyses, develop and maintain SOP library for finance and accounting functions.
• Implement new financial systems and tools, support user adoption through training and documentation.
• Leverage AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, manage transformation workstreams, and prepare updates for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in corporate, shared service center, or high-growth environment.
• Doer mentality with ownership, urgency, and initiative.
• Ability to document processes and develop user-friendly SOPs.
• Curiosity for AI, automation, and emerging finance technologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exposure to NetSuite, Numeric, Trovata, Databricks, Notion, or similar platforms.
