What you will do

• Collaborate with segment leaders as a trusted advisor, providing financial insights to enhance decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and revenue enhancements, leading cross-functional implementation.
• Conduct financial analysis, develop KPIs, and track progress toward financial and operational goals.
• Prepare and monitor segment budgets and forecasts aligned with long-term strategy.
• Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent with 7+ years of Finance or FP&A experience.
• Skilled at building relationships with business partners and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Detail-oriented with timely and accurate delivery; excellent communication skills for cross-functional and senior interactions.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and GAAP concepts.
• Builder mentality: identify problems and create solutions from scratch.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
