Salary: $100,080 – $190,080 (up to $228,000 in specific markets like NYC/SF)

What you will do
- Oversee the delivery of major programs ensuring they remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Enforce governance models and drive structured forums for decision-making and integrated reporting.
- Manage program-wide resource demand versus capacity planning and forecasting across workstreams.
- Lead cost management and financial oversight, aligning budgets with actuals and backlogs.
- Direct tollgate governance and Go/No-Go readiness processes for all releases.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program management or large-scale transformation delivery.
- Proven experience operating in complex, multi-workstream programs.
- Expertise in resource management, financial governance, and stage-gate processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, pivot tables) and Power BI.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models).
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology transformation programs such as ERP or mainframe modernization.
- Background in client-facing consulting or delivery environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise PMO frameworks and governance models.
