Location: Hybrid (Columbia, MD). Must operate within the Eastern time zone.
Salary: $101,900 – $160,000

What you will do
- Lead the full proposal lifecycle for active RFPs/RFQs, ensuring timely execution of milestones and absolute compliance.
- Partner with capture, business development, and solution architecture leads to develop and articulate technical and management solutions.
- Create and manage critical proposal artifacts including schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and storyboards.
- Utilize approved AI tools to develop content and perform rigorous compliance checks.
- Lead Pink, Red, and Gold team reviews, guiding reviewers to provide high-impact, actionable feedback.
- Author non-technical sections, proofread drafts, and ensure all responses are compelling and aligned with requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with pre-RFP activities and proposal development/management in Federal Government contracting.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Proven ability to organize material, rapidly assimilate information, and lead proposal teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a strong focus on editing and professional writing.
