Salary: $101,900 – $160,000

What you will do

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle for active RFPs/RFQs, ensuring timely execution of milestones and absolute compliance.
• Partner with capture, business development, and solution architecture leads to develop and articulate technical and management solutions.
• Create and manage critical proposal artifacts including schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and storyboards.
• Utilize approved AI tools to develop content and perform rigorous compliance checks.
• Lead Pink, Red, and Gold team reviews, guiding reviewers to provide high-impact, actionable feedback.
• Author non-technical sections, proofread drafts, and ensure all responses are compelling and aligned with requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with pre-RFP activities and proposal development/management in Federal Government contracting.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Proven ability to organize material, rapidly assimilate information, and lead proposal teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a strong focus on editing and professional writing.
