What you will do

• Deliver projects end-to-end by managing scope, timelines, budgets for multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Own client relationships as primary point of contact, handling updates, escalations, and check-ins.
• Drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities, transitioning to retainers, and partnering with sales.
• Coordinate internally with engineering directors, engineers, and PMs using tools like Asana, Float, and HubSpot.
• Support cross-functional needs like marketing events and process improvements.

Requirements

• United States work eligibility (E-Verify participation).
• Direct experience managing client-facing projects in consulting/services firms (scope, timeline, budget).
• Proven client lifecycle ownership and account growth through expanded scopes or retainers.
• Sales partnership experience for scoping and closing deals.
• Technical communication for non-technical stakeholders and executive presentations.
• AI tools usage in daily workflow (e.g., Claude).
• Fluency with Slack, Google Workspace, project tools like Asana.

Nice to have

• Background in cybersecurity advisory or incident response.
• Experience with retainer/revenue models.
• Familiarity with Asana, Float, HubSpot.
• Exposure to blockchain, cryptography, AI/ML security.
