What you will do

• Review and deliver financial reports and KPIs for nonprofit clients.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling.
• Provide technical accounting assistance to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and coach staff and senior accountants.
• Collaborate with advisory teams to identify higher-value service opportunities.
• Support client onboarding, system setup, process documentation, and technology integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 4–6 years in public or private accounting, preferably nonprofit or grant-funded
• 3+ years managing associates or teams
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, KPIs, and cash flow.
• Familiarity with nonprofit GAAP, restricted funds, grant reporting, and compliance.
• Experience with accounting systems like QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct; ability to travel up to 10%.
