What you will do

• Review and deliver financial reports and KPIs for skilled nursing clients.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling.
• Provide technical accounting assistance to clients and internal teams.
• Develop, coach, and manage staff and senior accountants.
• Collaborate with advisory teams to identify opportunities for higher-value services.
• Support client onboarding, system setup, process documentation, and technology integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 4–6 years of experience in public or private accounting.
• 3+ years managing associates and/or teams.
• Professional certification (e.g., MBA, CPA) preferred.
• Proficiency in industry software like QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, PointCareClick.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
