What you will do

• Install, maintain, and service poles, solar panels, batteries, and camera systems across diverse customer sites.
• Use ladders and bucket trucks to safely work at heights of up to 30 feet.
• Perform site surveys and coordinate installation options with customers.
• Drive company vehicles and tow small trailers to transport equipment.
• Interpret traffic control plans and permit drawings to ensure compliant installations.
• Track inventory and submit installation updates via the Flock Field mobile app.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time (typically 1-2 weeks per month).
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors.
• Experience in construction, electrical, or low-voltage wiring preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with power and hand tools.
• Basic computer and mobile app skills.
