Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $95,000–$125,000 + variable commission + equity

What you will do
- Manage a $6M+ book of business, building deep relationships with C-suite and VP-level executives.
- Drive value-based conversations using health scores and product usage data to eliminate filler meetings.
- Maintain rigorous account documentation, including success plans, stakeholder maps, and risk flags.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and mitigate risk.
- Proactively research and prospect new business units and decision-makers within existing accounts.
- Contribute to CS playbooks, engagement templates, and mentor less experienced CSMs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees) and $6M+ books of business.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience working with technical buyers in IT, engineering, security, or data science teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and health scoring methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth or early-stage companies building structure from scratch.
- Familiarity with open-source ecosystems, package management, or supply chain security.
- History of contributing to team infrastructure, playbooks, or peer coaching.
