What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for the core data integration platform handling eligibility, claims, pharmacy, and other healthcare datasets.
• Own end-to-end ingestion experience including file intake, schema validation, quality checks, metadata tracking, and lineage visibility.
• Drive platform reliability and scalability by reducing pipeline failures, ingestion lag, and improving data freshness.
• Build self-service model for analytics, implementation, and client teams with visibility into pipeline health.
• Define data quality standards with validation rules, anomaly detection, and error surfacing.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, and governance to meet HIPAA requirements and integrate new clients/datasets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years owning data platform, data integration, or data infrastructure products
• Deep familiarity with enterprise data concepts: ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT, schema management, data quality, lineage
• Experience with healthcare data including eligibility, claims, pharmacy
• Ability to operate at strategic and technical levels: read pipeline diagrams, write product briefs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with data engineering, client success, analytics, compliance
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward shipping with limited resources

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data lakehouse architectures
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI deployment
• Background building internal or developer-facing tools
