What you will do

• Design and execute enterprise AI enablement strategy, including learning pathways, resources, and training on prompt engineering and AI integration.
• Lead rollout and adoption of AI tools, partnering with IT, Communications, and business leaders to drive engagement and measure impact.
• Build and facilitate leadership development programs for managers at all levels, focusing on trust-building, coaching, and courageous conversations.
• Enable leaders to use AI for efficiency, reducing administrative tasks to focus on high-value human work.
• Transform Learning & Development with AI-first approaches for personalized, scalable learning experiences.
• Partner cross-functionally to embed continuous learning into the employee journey and identify capability gaps.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field with progressive responsibility.
• 3+ years designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
• Demonstrated experience with AI enablement, digital transformation, or technology adoption.
• Strong AI fluency with hands-on experience using AI tools and helping others adopt them.
• Track record of training programs driving measurable behavior change.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformation environments.
• Skills in strategic thinking, facilitation, AI-native mindset, communication, data-driven decisions, and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, technology, or high-growth startup environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Coaching certification or executive coaching experience.
• Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Background in change management methodologies.
