What you will do

• Cultivate new private sector partnerships and manage active relationships through grants and pro bono initiatives.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive partnership growth activities.
• Contribute to the implementation of fundraising strategies, tools, and systems.
• Conduct market analysis, mapping, and research to identify and pursue joint opportunities.
• Develop external communications products, marketing materials, and reports for partners.
• Perform compliance checks and due diligence on potential partners according to NRC policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or a relevant field.
• Proven track record in strategic relationship building, private partnerships, and networking.
• Experience developing and implementing fundraising and market strategies.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and project schedules simultaneously.
• Must be based in Oslo, Norway.
