TL;DR

Business Development Specialist (Outbound BDR): Execute outbound prospecting into target accounts in Growth Industries across APAC with an accent on multi-channel outreach, lead qualification using BANT, and net-new pipeline generation. Focus on researching accounts and stakeholders, developing customer-aligned messaging, and consistently achieving KPIs through disciplined daily activities.

What you will do

  • Execute outbound prospecting into target accounts through multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Research and map accounts, stakeholders, and industry dynamics to identify and qualify new leads
  • Generate and qualify net-new leads and early-stage pipeline
  • Develop clear, relevant messaging aligned to customer challenges and business outcomes
  • Qualify leads using a structured approach (e.g., BANT) for handoff to Strategic Account Managers
  • Partner with Sales Account Managers on target accounts and outreach priorities
  • Collaborate with marketing and SMEs to strengthen campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain daily activity discipline, track progress in Outreach, and exceed individual KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, strong preference for Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Petroleum) or business major
  • Early career professional with 2 years or less experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Hunter mindset, resilient, competitive, and disciplined to handle high-volume rejection while meeting daily targets
  • Strong written and verbal skills with curiosity to master complex industrial process topics
  • Literacy in modern sales stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Organized, detail-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset, focus on accountability and team collaboration
