What you will do
- Manage business relationships for assigned client accounts, protecting and growing revenue.
- Provide thought leadership on solutions for identity management, compliance, role management, and access requests.
- Monitor accounts for changes in usage, personnel, goals, or competitors that impact product use.
- Create and implement customer success plans with objectives, metrics, challenges, and timelines.
- Act as liaison for technical inquiries, escalations, working with Support, Engineering, and others.
- Identify renewal risks, collaborate on remediation, and pursue expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore for remote work
- Strong customer-facing skills with executive presence, writing, and phone skills.
- Strong consulting skills to analyze information and produce strategic insights.
- Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical audiences and build credibility.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, set expectations, and resolve problems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; technical degree or master’s a plus.
