What you will do

• Assess loss history, financial condition, and exposures for risk cases.
• Review documentation, perform risk analysis, and determine case eligibility.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of submissions to identify errors and confirm eligibility.
• Collaborate with underwriting team to finalize insurance applications.
• Gather and verify data from multiple databases for submissions.
• Handle inbound calls, respond to customer needs, and process accounts from quote to policy issuance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 1 year of underwriting or related insurance experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify)
• Strong customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick learner for industry software
• Collaborative, flexible, with strong desire to learn and adapt to changes

Nice to have

• CPCU, CIC, CRIS, or Property & Casualty Brokers License
