What you will do

• Handle all aspects of resolving total loss claims for carrier-retained and owner-retained salvage vehicles.
• Determine accurate total loss vehicle valuations using various industry resources.
• Negotiate total loss settlements and provide customer service to insured parties, third-party claimants, and lienholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with state DMV laws, Department of Insurance criteria, and carrier policies.
• Manage the salvage process, including moving vehicles to storage or salvage vendors efficiently.
• Lead special projects and assist team members with complex or complicated losses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Total Loss experience.
• Must be located in one of the specified US states.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems, with a typing speed of 35+ wpm.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
