What you will do

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve automobile claims efficiently, including property damage and injuries.
• Document investigations, recommendations, and actions while maintaining current files and diaries.
• Handle complex claims regardless of severity, including soft tissue, hospitalizations, fatalities, and litigation.
• Mentor less experienced adjusters and contribute to training claims staff.
• Produce clear correspondence and exhibit exceptional customer service.
• Maintain high productivity and comply with all regulations and company standards.

Requirements

• Three plus years’ experience in Property and Casualty insurance, handling auto property damage and injury claims
• Clear understanding of insurance practices, standards, and terminology
• Strong analytical, decision-making, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance goals
• Pass background check
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
