What you will do

• Perform in-person door knocks to locate unresponsive parties involved in claims.
• Conduct recorded statements of witnesses and parties to document relevant claim information.
• Execute scene inspections and capture photographic evidence of property or vehicle damage.
• Identify and capture surveillance footage from nearby businesses or residences.
• Visit medical clinics to retrieve records and verify provider licensing.
• Deliver documents and obtain required signatures in the field.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel locally within the assigned region.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and digital tools for capturing documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for professional engagement with the public.
