What you will do

• Promote and sell assigned insurance coverage via phone, email, and mail to potential clients.
• Manage and prioritize sales leads from the monthly sales funnel, daily reports, and websites.
• Present quotes to potential clients, close sales, and gather market intelligence.
• Facilitate the application and underwriting process between clients and internal underwriters.
• Document all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, handling servicing requests during the first year of coverage.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required (or the ability to obtain one).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and PDF software.
