• Collaborate with local agents to open new school building partnerships.
• Identify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans for underperforming agents.

Requirements

• Life & Health License Required.
• Business degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of successful field or agency experience.
• Ability to travel 50-70% of the time.
• Must be located in or able to work from Newark, NJ.
