What you will do

  • Monitor, manage, and report production output for Account Executives to ensure annual goals are met.
  • Coach, train, and provide guidance to the sales team, including performance appraisals and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with IT on system enhancements and define user requirements to improve performance.
  • Coordinate and manage Risk Management seminars and lead programs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and professional conferences.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and distribute targeted marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional liability, life, and health insurance experience with proven sales leadership success.
  • Property and Casualty insurance license in good standing is required.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Industry professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, or CISR.
