Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 Annual

What you will do

• Achieve production goals for written policy and premium in your assigned region
• Build and strengthen insurance agency partnerships via in-person meetings, calls, and digital engagement
• Deliver value proposition to drive high-quality healthcare submissions
• Cross-sell products across the One80 team and grow the submission funnel
• Develop relationships with carrier underwriters to assess risk and profitability
• Create and execute strategic plans to acquire new partners and expand existing ones

Requirements

• Active P&C license or ability to obtain within 120 days
• 3+ years workers compensation experience (5+ preferred) in agency, carrier, or wholesaler
• Experience underwriting healthcare/commercial risks, analyzing losses, pricing, and risk strategies
• Proven ability to manage submission/sales funnel and book of business
• Strong relationship building, analytical, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region
