What you will do

• Conduct telephone marketing and sales of multi-carrier insurance products to prospective clients.
• Respond to member inquiries through email and mail to drive business retention.
• Analyze client needs to explain coverage and make professional recommendations.
• Calculate quotes and manage the creation of detailed insurance applications.
• Maintain current knowledge of insurance company guidelines and selling techniques.
• Collaborate with management to identify and implement opportunities for sales improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
• 2+ years of sales experience in any industry.
• Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing software.
• Must be based in New York, Maryland, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or West Virginia.

Nice to have

• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
