Location: Remote (US). Must reside and work full-time in one of the 30 listed US states (AL, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, and WI).
Salary: OTE $70,000 – $100,000 ($45,000 base salary + uncapped commissions)

What you will do
- Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and text to recommend tailored insurance coverage.
- Build customized quotes for homeowners, auto, umbrella, and flood insurance using multiple A-rated carriers.
- Manage company-provided qualified leads to maximize sales opportunities and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with underwriters and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities within CRM tools.
- Educate homeowners on various insurance options and stay current on industry trends.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
- Experience selling with multiple carriers across multiple states.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Must be available Monday–Friday and align with CST operating hours (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Nice to have
- Bilingual ability, specifically Spanish.
- Experience worg with Citizens Property Insurance.
