What you will do

  • Manage and grow customer relationships as the primary point of contact for Medium to Large Commercial Carriers.
  • Act as a liaison and advocate between customers and internal product, sales, and support teams.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and product services.
  • Monitor customer KPIs and usage patterns to proactively identify and mitigate churn risk.
  • Facilitate end-to-end management of medium-complexity enhancements and draft Statements of Work.
  • Collaborate with Sales to execute retention strategies and uncover upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success role within SaaS or the insurance industry.
  • 1+ year of experience managing national accounts or multiple partners.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills are required.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM or Customer Success Management tools.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and SaaS architectures.
  • Strong understanding of the software development and deployment lifecycle (SDLC).
