What you will do

  • Research and identify prospective insurance brokers, agents, and MGAs within target markets.
  • Manage inbound leads and collaborate with Account Executives to qualify opportunities.
  • Perform outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn, and events to generate new leads.
  • Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to book discovery meetings.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and outreach activity tracking within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on target-market campaigns and events.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation.
  • Experience in SaaS, insurance, or fintech is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence and experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations in an organized manner.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
