What you will do

• Conduct benefit investigations via outbound calls to payers to verify insurance coverage, cost shares, and access options.
• Identify coverage restrictions and initiate prior authorizations and claims appeals processes.
• Document patient-specific benefits and reimbursement trends, reporting delays to management.
• Act as liaison between field representatives, healthcare providers, payers, and patients.
• Ensure cases comply with company standards while providing high-quality service.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of benefit investigation experience analyzing insurance coverage.
• 2-3 years interacting with healthcare providers on insurance requirements.
• In-depth understanding of major medical and pharmacy benefit coverage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and grammar.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
