What you will do
- Respond to inquiries and triage calls from Medicare beneficiaries and healthcare providers.
- Perform case intake and maintain accurate, timely medical records.
- Act as a neutral liaison between beneficiaries, families, and healthcare organizations.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH regulations regarding beneficiary information.
- Track all essential communications and data entries in electronic web-based systems.
- Assist in preparation for ISO audits and participate in continuous quality improvement processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Las Vegas, NV
- Experience as a call center or patient service representative.
- Knowledge of Medicare, CMS, and BFCC-QIO programs.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and medical record documentation.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
