Location: Must be located local to Lehi, UT. Role requires 9-week onsite training; hybrid work-from-home rotation available based on performance.

Salary: $21.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with members, physicians, and pharmacies to ensure a world-class experience.
  • Resolve and document member inquiries, routing complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Educate members on pharmacy benefits and pharmacy benefit management processes.
  • Achieve one-call resolution by developing deep industry expertise.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and PPI standards.
  • Demonstrate urgency and a patient-centric mindset in all member interactions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Must be local to Lehi, UT and able to work onsite.
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and G-Suite.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of empathy.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Talkdesk, or similar CRM tools.
  • Background in benefits, insurance, prescriptions, or medical billing.
  • Experience resolving complex issues within a call center.
