What you will do

• Design enterprise Data & AI strategies to drive real business growth.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, value-driven AI solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders on AI adoption, regulations, and ROI.
• Own the strategic vision for AI products, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
• Build execution roadmaps and oversee projects to achieve business targets.
• Drive the rollout and successful integration of AI tools within client organizations.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of hands-on management consulting experience, preferably from Big Four or similar strategy firms.
• Deep understanding of the Data & GenAI landscape and ability to translate capabilities into business value.
• Proven experience in executive presence and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for high-level audiences.
• English: Fluent proficiency (C1+) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Budapest, Hungary.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise IT system implementation projects in corporate environments.
