Enterprise Sales Solutions Engineer (AEC): Translate hirify.global platform into tailored workflows for enterprise AEC customers, owning pre-sales technical engagements, demos, and sales enablement with an accent on project data strategy, BIM execution, and interoperability. Focus on building workflow templates, leading webinars, and feeding product insights from customer interactions to drive adoption and win rates.

Location: Remote (USA), U.S.-based

Compensation Range: $110K - $130K

What you will do

  • Own pre-sales technical engagements: lead discovery, configure demos, validate hirify.global solves customer problems.
  • Act as trusted advisor on data workflows, BIM, and interoperability to position hirify.global as long-term partner.
  • Build sales enablement resources, technical guides, and improve enterprise pilot processes.
  • Lead monthly webinar series from content planning to delivery.
  • Surface customer insights to inform product development.
  • Define and build enterprise pilot and customer enablement playbooks.

Requirements

  • U.S.-based with 5–10 years in AEC software or digital delivery/BIM/technology role at AEC firm.
  • Deep knowledge of AEC project data workflows, model development, collaboration challenges.
  • Hands-on with AEC tools: Revit, Rhino, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Power BI or similar.
  • Comfortable with APIs, connectors, data pipelines; configure solutions in customer environments.
  • Strong discovery, presentation, and communication skills for enterprise sales cycles.
  • Track record driving product adoption, customer health, and post-sales engagement.
