What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and consulting roles, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring needs, develop strategies, and provide insights on market trends.
  • Execute targeted sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, specifically Epic-certified professionals and analytics talent.
  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive networking and relationship management.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through seamless communication and timely feedback.
  • Use recruiting data and analytics to track pipeline health and optimize overall recruiting processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within healthcare or consulting environments.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for Epic-certified professionals, analytics, and life sciences roles.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, including provider systems and data platforms.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced talent sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and influence talent strategies.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
