What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and consulting roles, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
- Partner with leadership to define hiring needs, develop strategies, and provide insights on market trends.
- Execute targeted sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, specifically Epic-certified professionals and analytics talent.
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive networking and relationship management.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through seamless communication and timely feedback.
- Use recruiting data and analytics to track pipeline health and optimize overall recruiting processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within healthcare or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for Epic-certified professionals, analytics, and life sciences roles.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, including provider systems and data platforms.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced talent sourcing techniques.
- Ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and influence talent strategies.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
