Requirements

• 3+ years as full-lifecycle Recruiter in technology industry, with experience hiring sales and marketing roles
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pipelines
• Strong communication to influence business leaders
• Ability to prioritize multiple searches in fast-paced environment
• Data-driven problem-solving; visa sponsorship not available; US work eligibility verification required
• Knowledge of labor market, employment laws, and ATS/tools
