What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for corporate openings including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and pipeline management.
• Partner with functional leaders and TA team to understand needs and execute recruiting processes.
• Deliver transparent, timely candidate experiences.
• Attract talent via sourcing campaigns, job boards, social media, networks, and agencies.
• Strengthen employer brand and hiring processes with new ideas and best practices.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of in-house recruiting experience
• Experience at a fast-growing startup
• Enjoy full hiring process ownership with headhunter mindset.
• Passionate about building teams and advocating for all parties.
• Track record of exceeding headcount targets without sacrificing quality.
• Data-oriented with expertise in TA tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GoodTime).
