What you will do
- Identify, pitch, and close new advertising deals with brands and agencies across the Japan market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to introduce them to 's platform.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate business outcome forecasting.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless campaign setup and delivery.
- Share market insights with product teams to influence the development of new features.
- Lead contract negotiations and ongoing relationship management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience selling in the Japan market within a tech or online media environment.
- Strategic mindset with proven experience planning and executing effective sales strategies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for tailored client pitches.
- Ability to use data and analytics to guide decision-making and influence outcomes.
- Proactive approach to building pipelines, closing deals, and driving revenue.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan to support the hybrid work model.
