What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day post-sales relationship and account management for a portfolio of digital advertising clients.
- Drive revenue growth through client renewals, upsells, and pitching new products and channels.
- Consult during the RFP process and coordinate pre-sale activities with the Japan Sales team.
- Analyze campaign performance in coordination with AdOps to provide strategic optimization recommendations.
- Monitor campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, and present regular business reviews and insights to clients.
- Coordinate monthly billing and ensure all client KPIs and objectives are consistently met.
Requirements
- Native Japanese, additional Korean, and fluent English language proficiency.
- Professional experience in digital advertising and a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and a diverse client base across different time zones.
- Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Asana.
- Must be based in Japan.
Nice to have
- Direct experience within the travel industry.
- Experience working with DSPs, particularly Xandr, DV360, or The Trade Desk.
- Familiarity with various Social Media advertising platforms.
