What you will do

• Define the strategic vision and action plan for category scaling through market analysis and data-driven insights.
• Manage dotted-line reports across account management, sales, and marketing to onboard and grow sellers.
• Source, execute, and manage high-priority partnerships and community events within the category.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering to implement growth solutions.
• Act as the primary advocate for the category, building relationships with top buyers and sellers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fast-paced, client-facing roles (Strategy Consulting, VC, PE, or tech partnerships).
• Fluent German and English with a deep understanding of the German market.
• Proven track record as a world-class leader in managing and developing teams.
• Deeply analytical mindset with the ability to manipulate data for business insights.
• Must be based in or within commuting distance of the Berlin or London hubs.

• Experience with two-sided platforms and marketplace dynamics.
