What you will do

• Shape and execute engagement strategies to increase retention for app users and across the gaming ecosystem.
• Drive product growth by leveraging gamification, behavioral science, and habit-forming mechanics.
• Identify opportunities to improve key retention and engagement metrics while optimizing LTV.
• Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses and inform decisions.
• Use user feedback and behavioral data to iterate and enhance product features.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to align events with campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in driving product retention and engagement in the mobile industry (mobile games, loyalty platforms, or B2C apps).
• Data-driven mindset with experience designing impactful product engagement strategies.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills for clear idea articulation and cross-team collaboration.
