Location: Hybrid in Munich (3 office days per week)

What you will do
- Drive the strategic development and continuous evolution of the Product Marketing approach for the Collection across categories and channels.
- Define and drive strategic growth initiatives, balancing short-term commercial impact with long-term brand positioning.
- Analyse category and campaign performance using automation and AI to identify business opportunities and recommend optimizations.
- Define product positioning and Go-to-Market (GTM) approaches based on customer behavior, competitor landscapes, and market potential.
- Develop hypotheses and drive testing to identify scalable levers for improving product visibility and conversion.
- Partner with Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Retail, Product Management, and Analytics teams to align on priorities and launches.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Growth Management, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to structure complex problems.
- Hypothesis-driven mindset with experience testing and iterating initiatives based on data and customer insights.
- Excellent commercial understanding and ability to connect business performance with customer behavior.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Munich office according to the hybrid policy.
