What you will do
- Own senior-most consulting relationships with C-Suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CAIO, CTO) at Fortune 1000 and PE-portfolio clients.
- Design and facilitate Agentic Transformation roadmaps, framing them in terms of business outcomes like cost efficiency and revenue growth.
- Assess and guide organizational readiness, spanning culture, workforce, governance, and operating models.
- Collaborate with leadership to evolve the Agentic Transformation service portfolio and go-to-market narrative.
- Mentor consulting talent and codify transformation expertise into institutional playbooks and frameworks.
Requirements
- 20+ years of progressive consulting or senior advisory experience leading large-scale technology transformations.
- Partner-level experience with a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Alix Partners, PWC).
- Proven track record of owning and growing C-Suite relationships in an advisory capacity.
- Deep experience with at least two major transformation waves: ERP, cloud migration, digital transformation, or data/analytics modernization.
- Demonstrable experience in Private Equity environments, either as an advisor or in an operating role.
- Familiarity with the emerging agentic AI landscape and human-agent collaboration.
