What you will do
- Support CEO in executive reviews: track action items, codify decisions, follow up with teams, manage priorities.
- Prepare materials, agendas, and briefing documents for executive meetings with department leaders.
- Drive decision speed and quality by clarifying ambiguous topics into tradeoffs and recommendations.
- Ensure CEO priorities become outcomes by tracking commitments, unblocking execution, and driving accountability.
- Draft communications on behalf of CEO: speeches, Q&A, presentations, emails to stakeholders.
- Prepare CEO for key meetings and support Office of the CEO initiatives like annual planning and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years in strategy and operations, consulting, or similar fields.
- Clear, well-structured written and verbal communication.
- Skilled at synthesizing complexity into briefs, decisions, and action plans.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Discretion, professionalism, service-oriented mindset; hungry to grow responsibilities.

- Track record of cross-functional alignment, internal communication, workflow improvements.
- Prior experience in early/growth-stage venture-backed startup.
